Dustin is very helpful and knowledgeable, and helped get us the right deal on a new Tiguan. They are very straightforward with what they offer, and there were no surprises at any point. The Finance process was quick and easy, making it easy for us to get in and out in our new car.

Great experience. The Sales Manager gave me a great lease deal on a new Tiguan and the sales person, Jasmin Dsulynsky, was engaging and very helpful. I was unable to get out to the dealership to pick up my vehicle, so she drove it out to my residence and picked up my old vehicle and drove it back to the dealership. Highly recommended!

Car wise we have made some purchases here. But it takes a long time with all the paperwork. And the kids play room is filthy. Everything in there is dirty and sticky.

Had a great experience here today shopping for a VW Atlas. Everytime I’m going on a car lot I dread it because I expect hard selling and it’s always an eye roll. This is the singular instance where I did not feel pressured whatsoever, got as far as a monthly payment quote and just wasn’t ready to buy today so walked away. I test drove a few options and know exactly what I want now. I also know exactly where I will buy it from when I’m ready!
Took my VW Jetta in for a Recall Repair yesterday. From beginning to end this was a great experience. When I called to make the appointment I was treated with friendliness and respect. When we arrived more of the same. The staff members we had contact with were all professional. The waiting area was comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. I would certainly recommend this dealership!

We were having transmission trouble while our Jetta was under warranty. We brought it in and the computer showed no codes. They kept the car to see if they can replicate what we were telling them. No luck. My husband did a test drive for them with no success. Tracy and Laurie were determined to fix the problem. They were finally able to replicate the problem, and replace the transmission. Their perseverance and dedication was superb and they help us save thousands by fixing this problem while it was still under warranty! Thank you!

I brought my car in to have misfire issue diagnosed. They did not charge me labor cost to replace a bad ignition coil since they had already removed it to diagnose the issue. The staff there were very helpful and professional. I will be a customer there from now on.

From the beginning I felt that sales rep was really listening to what I wanted and wasn't trying to force anything on me. Everyone at the location was very friendly and made the whole experience very pleasant!
Enjoyed working with Jeff and Dustin throughout the process. The delivery was smooth and they included some quality floor mats that I really appreciated. I was surprised that the gas tank was only at 1/4 on delivery, but that's not a big deal to me.
Our over all experience was very good. We never felt pressured into anything and we were able to make an easy decision on the SUV that we purchased. Dustin our sales rep was very good at listening and explaining everything to us and made it a very pleasant experience.

Recently purchased a vehicle; Abdullah was my incredibly patient sales consultant and did an excellent job explaining the ins and outs of an Electric Vehicle to me and what makes the ID.4 such a unique car. Jacob fielded all my financial questions (and there were a lot) with intelligence and aplomb, slightly delaying a golf outing to make sure my questions were answered. Ellen is a financial services Wizard, getting me in and out of the dealership in record time. A really great experience at Schworer.
