This was honestly the first pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I think I was in and out of the dealership, in my new car, within two and a half hours. I felt that the trade-in value offered on my old car was very fair and generous. This was a factor that kept me from doing business with Toyota and Honda in the past. I came in with a pretty solid idea of what I wanted, but Stan suggested the diesel option, which I had never considered but it fit my needs perfectly. I felt very informed and like I had options throughout the financing process, which was another first for me. In my previous experience with Chevy, I felt like I walked away with something completely different than I had verbally agreed to and was very unsatisfied. I love Volkswagen and will buy another, most certainly from Schworer based on this experience.
